Julia Gillard conducted an interview at The Lodge or ‘Boganville’ as Foreign Minister Kevin Rudd named it, with Channel 9’s 60 Minutes program last weekend as a PR attempt to boost her popularity.

In a predictable move bereft of any creativity, Gillard and her partner, “Australia’s First Bloke” Tim Mathieson faced their first TV interview and spoke of all things – their “love for each other”. A beautiful soft PR touch that will make all the difference to the challenges facing Australia and her leadership – Not!
